West Bothnia Cheese

Cheese is tasty food. All cheese is good, but some forms of cheese are better than others. Among these are the Swedish cheese from West Bothnia, Västerbottensost, named from the Swedish name of West Bothnia. It is famous in Sweden and the rumour about it spreading around the world. There is a fine piece about this cheese on BBC now, which I can recommend. Whenever you are in Sweden, you can buy and taste this cheese. Do not hesitate to do this.
