Signaling Late at Night

We had all gone to bed tonight, when a car blasted past in the street, horn constantly signaling. It was quite annoying. You just have to wonder why people do things like this. Driving along at night just for the fun of it is one thing, but why would you have to blow the horn, disturbing people, perhaps waking them up? It is rather selfish. Luckily, however, this happens very rarely in our neighbourhood.
